Detached 150m² chalet on 2 levels (+ basement) in the hamlet of Ardent, near Morzine in the Portes du Soleil.

1st floor:
- Kitchen opening onto living room: dining table, wood-burning stove (wood supplied - limited to 1 basket per day), TV, sofas, armchairs. Access to south-west balcony and north-east terrace.
- Mountain corner with 2 beds 80x190cm Bunk beds.
- Bathroom with shower.
- 1 separate toilet.
Washing machine and dryer in basement laundry room.
Balcony, courtyard, backyard, terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, lounge. Spa on terrace (July and August only).
Possibility of storing belongings, skis and bikes in the garage. On-site parking + garage.
