Bedroom 1 (1 bed 140 with shower room), Bedroom 2 (1 bed 140), Bedroom 3 (1 bed 90), Bedroom 4 (2 Bunk beds 90 + 1 bed 90), Bedroom 5 (1 bed 140), 3 separate WCs, 1 shower room, 1 bathroom. Central heating, enclosed grounds (205m2 lawn), south-facing terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Large hall with storage space. Garage.
Access to Avoriaz ski area at 3.2km and Morzine at 1.4km. Ice rink, Kids daycare. Free ski shuttle 200m from Holiday cottage. In-house shuttle to Morzine village. Lake Montriond 5.6km away. Close to a river.
Connection for recharging electric car not possible.
1 pet allowed between June 1 and August 31.

rob Good family chalet
We spent a week in the chalet with children and grandchildren, (10 plus a toddler). The house was spacious, warm and well equipped, including a cot and high chair, and we didn't feel cramped. It was just beside a ski shuttle stop, or sometimes we just walked down into town. Overall we were very pleased and would be happy to stay again.

Beaurains Excellent séjour
Un gîte spacieux très bien agencé. Idéal pour séjourner en famille avec le centre bourg à proximité et des navette gratuites qui vous déposent au pied des pistes ou dans le centre de Morzine.
Les propriétaires sont très avenant, nous mettant à disposition du bois pour le poêle pour la semaine. Ils sont même venus déneiger notre entrée un jour où la neige est tombée abondamment.
La vue sur la montagne depuis le chalet est également splendide.
En bref, nous avons passé un excellent séjour, même si le soleil n'a pas été beaucoup présent.- Cleanliness
