Detached 92m² chalet in a quiet area of Mont-Blanc country, near Sallanches and the Saint-Gervais thermal baths, 25 minutes by car from Chamonix.
Beautiful views of the surrounding mountains from every room in the chalet: Mont-Blanc, Fiz and Aravis.
Chalet 1st floor (access by inside or outside staircase): separate fitted kitchen, living room (sofa, TV, dining area, wood-burning stove), separate toilet.
2nd floor: bedroom 1 (2 beds 90x190cm which can be grouped together), bedroom 2 (1 bed 160x200cm), bedroom 3 (2 pull-out beds 90x190cm), bathroom with shower and wc.
Balcony, garden, courtyard and terraces with furniture (table and chairs, parasol, deckchairs and barbecue). Wifi Internet access.
Large garage on first floor with laundry area (sink, washing machine). Underfloor heating on 1st floor.
Everything included: sheets (beds made up on arrival), towels and end-of-stay cleaning.
Supermarket in Domancy 2km away. Nearby ski areas: Combloux 9km, Bettex gondola 9.5km (Saint-Gervais/Megève ski area), Passy-Plaine-Joux family resort 16km.
Base de loisirs de Passy 5 minutes' drive (3km): summer swimming, go-karting, accrobranche, mini-golf, fishing.
Saint-Gervais thermal baths 6km away (approx. 10 minutes).
Sallanches 3km, Saint-Gervais 9km, Megève 11km (15 minutes). Chamonix 25km (30 minutes), Annecy, Geneva and Lac Léman approx. 1h00 away.

Gîte très agréable, propre, confortable, très bien équipé et au calme. Magnifique point de vue sur le Mont-Blanc que nous avons apprécié tous les soirs en terrasse. Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires (petite surprise à notre attention dans le réfrigérateur). Gîte très bien situé pour une région riche en découvertes.

1ère semaine de juillet. Le chalet est magnifique et la vue sur le Mont Blanc est dingue: juste devant la terrasse et les chambres au balcon. Propreté impeccable. A proximité de grandes surfaces pour les courses. A 26 km de Chamonix. A recommander absolument.

We werden heel hartelijk ontvangen door de eigenaars
Alles is in de woning aanwezig om er een aangenaam verblijf te hebben en was zeer net. De woning is ideaal gelegen om de vele toeristische plaatsen te bezoeken. Winkels vind je in de nabije buurt. Zeker een aanrader.Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement par les propriétaires. Tout est présent dans le logement pour passer un agréable séjour et c'était très propre. La maison est idéalement située pour visiter les nombreux lieux touristiques. Des magasins se trouvent dans le voisinage. À recommander sans hésitation.
