Large Chalet consisting of two adjoining units. A 115-square-meter holiday cottage spread over two levels. The Chalet includes another adjoining apartment and a small second home on the ground floor. Beautiful view of the Mountains. Separate entrance; access via an outdoor staircase.
First floor:
Beautiful, bright living area with a built-in kitchen (full-size refrigerator) open to the living room and dining room (corner sofa, wood-burning stove [wood provided], 140cm TV), floor-to-ceiling windows opening onto a balcony, and access to the private terrace on the same level. Separate half-bath. Office area with closet.
Upstairs, 4 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 (2 90x190cm beds that can be joined),

On the ground floor of the Chalet, shared with the owners, there is a laundry room with a washer and dryer, a ski storage room, and an electric boot dryer.
