Beautiful, detached chalet measuring 130 m² (+30 m² of attic space), spread over two levels, with a Wellbeing area on the lower level of the chalet. The owners live in the neighboring chalet. The Chalet is located in the village of Chevenoz, the gateway to the Abondance Valley, and is 30 minutes from Evian-les-Bains and Lake Geneva.

- Bathroom with walk-in shower, 2 sinks, and separate toilet.
Lower level of the Chalet:

Small shops in Saint-Paul-En-Chablais, 10 km away; the traditional village of Abondance is 11 km away.
