Wood and Mountain atmosphere for this 68m² Holiday cottage in an old farmhouse typical of the Abondance valley, which also includes another cottage upstairs (reference 63047). The 2 Holiday cottages can be rented together for up to 10 people.

2 bedrooms: bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm), bedroom 2 (2 beds 90x200cm ). Bathroom with walk-in shower (+ washing machine), separate toilet/skis-shoe dryer.
Ceiling height: 2.13m. Bed linen provided, towels for hire, optional end-of-stay cleaning. Wifi Internet access.
Private ski locker and boot dryer. Private parking in front of the Chalet.
Small balcony and grounds around the chalet, private garden furniture in front of the chalet. Deckchairs, barbecue. Mountain views.
The Chalet is located on the Pré-la-Joux road between the Linga and Pré-la-Joux resorts. Châtel village center 3km away (shops, services, restaurants, "Forme d'O" aquatic center). Ski: Linga lifts 1km, Pré-la-Joux 2km. Shuttle bus stop in front of Chalet. Lake Geneva, Thermal baths, Evian-les-Bains, Thonon-les-Bains 40km away. Numerous walks and hikes in the Vallée d'Abondance, starting from the Chalet. Swiss border (Morgins) 6km away.

Fanfie Un Noël enneigé et enchanté
Nous avions prévu de passer ce Noël en famille proche de la Suisse. La neige s'est abondamment invitée et nous avons pu en profiter et skier toute la semaine. Chalet très confortable et très bien rénové. Isolation thermique et phonique de très grande qualité. Deux WC! Tout le matériel pour cuisiner et faire sécher affaires de ski. Rangements nombreux. Nous avons bien dormi y compris dans le canapé lit. Propriétaires charmants. Paysage d'une très grande beauté. Départ randonnées en face du chalet. Navettes en face du chalet. Idéalement situé entre deux remontées pour les Portes du Soleil. Intermarché rejoint très rapidement en voiture avec station essence. Vraiment un super Noël!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Châtel.
Nous tenons à remercier les propriétaires du logement pour leur accueil, leurs conseils et leur sympathie.
Logement spacieux, propre et fonctionnel avec tout le confort nécessaire pour que nous nous sentions très à l'aise.
Le jardin et la terrasse étaient un vrai plus !
