First floor: fitted kitchen opening onto the living area (dining area, sitting area with TV), shower room.
Lower level: bedroom 1 (1 bed 180x190cm separable into 2 beds 90cm, Tv), bedroom 2 (1 bed 180x190cm separable into 2 beds 90cm, Tv), shower room, separate toilet, laundry room.
1st floor (mezzanine): bedroom 3 (4 beds 90x190cm, Tv), separate toilet. Electric floor heating.
Bed linen included (beds made up on arrival). Private parking (1 space under carport + one or two outside spaces).
Private ski/bike room with shoe dryer in a small chalet (mazot).
Balcony (not enclosed), grassed terrace area with garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs and barbecue. Land around the chalet.
300m from gîte: resort center and shops (open in tourist season), ski lifts, ESF, cross-country ski trails.
Numerous all-season hikes depart from the gîte.
Les Gets (Portes du Soleil) 12km, Taninges 10km.
Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, Geneva and Lac Léman 1h10 away by car, Annecy 1h15.
Chalet not recommended for people with mobility problems (stairs).

Les Vosges A recommander
Très beau chalet bien équipé en vaisselle, ustensile de cuisine, électroménager, mazot pour ski, chaussures, bonne literie, salles de bain très bien...
Très bien placé : accès pistes et village. Balcon et accès terrasse. Belle pièce de vie. Un grand vestiaire à l'entrée du chalet. Possibilité de garer 2 voitures devant le chalet dont une peut être à l'abri et 1 parking un peu plus loin.
Un petit bémol, il manque casiers-rangements pour les vetements dans les chambres. Je recommande vivement.- Cleanliness

S.BARBE Super séjour au calme
Chalet confortable, spacieux, très bien équipé (les propriétaires ont pensé à tout) et d’une grande propreté.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au calme, malgré une météo capricieuse et avons pu profiter du beau paysage environnant pour nous ressourcer. Nous avons eu la chance de voir tomber les premiers flocons de la saison.
Situé au cœur de la station, commerces de proximité et nombreux départs de randonnée.
Très bon contact avec la propriétaire, disponible et souriante.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans ce chalet très bien équipé et très confortable. Le gîte est au calme et nous avons pu profiter des magnifiques paysages et découvrir la région.
