Entrance into the relaxation / sleeping area (sofa and Murphy bed 140x190 cm). Folding table fixed in front of the sofa, two chairs. TV wall. Fitted kitchen with pocket door. Shower room with walk-in shower, basin, WC. Panoramic terrace with garden furniture. Washing machine, iron and ironing board on request owner. Sheets provided, beds made on arrival. Linens provided. Towels to bring.
Parking nearby. Cottage below the path, access by stairs.
Cottage can be combined with 113002 or 113003.
Quiet cottage on the edge of fields and near a magnificent golf course (300m). Geneva and Lake Geneva at 10km. Archamps and La Roche sur Foron (fairs and shows) 15min.
