In a beautiful, luxury Chalet comprising 3 apartments (one per level), this 54m² holiday cottage features high-quality amenities and can accommodate up to 6 people.
The apartment is located on the ground floor, accessible from the rear of the Chalet (another apartment is on the lower level and one on the upper floor). There is a shared entryway for all three apartments.
Entryway with closet, open-concept kitchen connected to the living room, and access to the balcony-terrace (view of the slopes in winter) through a large picture window. 3 bedrooms: Bedroom 1 (1 bed, 150x200 cm), Bedroom 2 (2 beds, 90x200 cm), small Bedroom 3 (2 bunk beds, 80x190 cm). From bedroom 1, access to the private terrace. Bathroom with shower, vanity sink, and toilet. Plus 1 separate toilet with a sink.
Sheets, towels, and housekeeping are included (except for tidying up the kitchen).
Private balcony and terrace with patio furniture, barbecue, and lounge chairs.
Private locked garage for 1 car (maximum height 1.90m) in the basement, with a designated Ski storage area in the garage that can also accommodate 4–5 bicycles in the summer.
Skiing (Portes du Soleil ski area): La Turche ski lift right next to the Chalet; return to the Chalet with skis on. Shuttle bus stop 100m away. Les Gets: Cross-country skiing, shops, mountain biking, golf, paragliding, numerous hiking trails (starting from the holiday cottage), Base de loisirs du Lac des Ecoles (1 km away) with a water park and beach. Village center 1 km away. Thonon-les-Bains (spa city), Lake Geneva 38 km away.
