This spacious 92m2 Holiday cottage is located on the garden level of a high-standard chalet 1.5km from the center of Saint-Gervais and the Bettex gondola. The chalet is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in the upper part of Saint-Gervais (Bettex sector), and the owners occupy the upper part of the chalet. Access to the Holiday cottage is via an outside staircase from the parking lot.
