Laundry room with washing machine and dryer, storage space. 1st floor: mezzanine with 1 bed 90x190cm and 2 bunk beds 90x190cm. Bedroom 2 (1 bed 160x200cm, shower room), Bedroom 3 (1 bed 160x200cm, shower room), Bedroom 4 (4 beds 90x190cm, balcony access, shower room).

Activities and leisure nearby: ski slopes can be reached directly from the chalet (slopes pass right by the chalet), ski lifts and Morzine village center with its shops and activities 1km away. Shuttle bus stop only in winter season 100 m away, Piscine 2 km. Col de Joux Plane 10km. Lake Montriond 7km, Les Gets Base de loisirs (Lac des Ecoles), Swimming 9km. Lake Geneva, Thonon-les-Bains, Thermal baths 35km, Evian-les-Bains 40km. Reservations for festive events not accepted (parties, EVG/JF...).
