In the commune of Les Houches: 86m2 gîte on the 1st floor of a chalet that also includes the owners' living quarters.
Beautiful interior blending chalet spirit and contemporary lines.
The gîte has its own independent entrance. Access to the gîte via 2 outside staircases from the parking lot:
Kitchenette opening onto living room (TV, convertible corner sofa), bedroom 1 (1 bed 180x200cm), bedroom 2 (2 beds 90x200cm), shower room, separate toilet, utility room (washing machine).
Parking, south-west terrace with furniture (view of Dôme du Goûter, Taconnaz glacier), accessible grounds with deckchairs.
For your comfort, everything is included: bed linen (beds made), towels and end-of-stay cleaning. Wifi Internet access. Electric vehicle recharging at €6 per day for the duration of your stay.
Chamonix town center 5km away (5 minutes by car): Montenvers train, Brévent and Aiguille du Midi cable cars...
Bus stop for Chamonix center and Les Houches ski area 200 m away (Taconnaz stop).
Les Houches ski area 3.5km away in winter (Bellevue cable car). Les Houches resort center 3km, shops 1.5km.
Numerous hiking trails in the area in all seasons.
The chalet is close to the expressway to Chamonix.

Valérie Un sejour parfait
Un superbe chalet avec un très grand espace à vivre, très cosy et moderne. La grande terrasse et le jardin face au Mont Blanc sont top. L'accueil des propriétaires est très chaleureux et désireux de nous faire plaisir. Les animaux sont les bienvenus et cela est rare et précieux !

Mary Drummond Perfect!
Lovely apartment, beautifully situated below Mont Blanc - walk out of the apartment for stunning views, or lie back on the sun loungers in the private back garden to get the full mountain panorama. The balcony or the open airy living area are perfect for relaxing. 20 minutes walk to the well stocked supermarket while admiring Mont Blanc in the evening or in the early morning. Jump on the train to Les Pelerins and take the river walk back to the apartment. Or drive 7 minutes to the large Parking du Grepon at the start of Chamonix. We preferred this location to Chamonix as Chamonix has a resort feel, while this has an alpine village feel.

Logement très spacieux , fonctionnel et d'une grande propreté.
Décoré avec goût.
La vue de la terrasse du chalet est grandiose.
Les propriétaires sont absolument charmants.

Vacances réussies dans ce gîte : emplacement idéal pour visiter Chamonix (gare à proximité) et effectuer des randonnées, gîte très propre et refait à neuf, équipement pour bébé à disposition. Merci à M. DEVEY pour son accueil !
