70m2 Holiday cottage (+ 16m2 attic space) on the 2nd floor of a large chalet-style house, which also includes the owners' living quarters (on the 1st floor) and another cottage on the first floor.
West-facing, quiet location, beautiful unobstructed view.
Access to the Holiday cottage is via an internal staircase (shared entrance).
Accommodation comprises a living room (sofas, Tv, fireplace, 1st basket of wood provided, dining area), separate kitchen, bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm), bedroom 2 (4 beds 90x190cm), bathroom (bath, wc), shower room (shower cubicle, wc).
Bed linen included (beds made up). Towels can be rented.
West balcony + east balcony with furniture (table and chairs). Access to a private garden area on the east side accessible via an outside staircase: table and chairs, parasol, deckchairs and barbecue.
Central heating. Wifi Internet access. Shared garage (1 reserved space) + parking available in the courtyard. Shared table soccer and table tennis.

Lodging located at the foot of the Rochebrune ski slopes (ski departure and arrival 200m from the cottage). Cable car 500m away and ESF (Piou-Piou garden).
