37m2 single-storey apartment on the first floor of a luxury chalet that also includes the owner's accommodation (upstairs).
The gîte has its own independent entrance from the terrace.
In the gîte: integrated kitchenette opening onto the living area (sofa, TV, dining area), bedroom (1 bed 140x190cm), sleeping area (mountain) extending from the living area with 2 beds 90x190cm (separated from the living area by claustra slats), shower room (Italian shower), separate toilet.
For your comfort, everything is included: bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning.
