Master bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm, shower room with basin, shower, wc, heated towel rail, window). 1 separate toilet with washbasin.
Upstairs: mezzanine with Kids' play area, study. Bedroom 2 (1 bed 140x190cm, balcony access) and bedroom 3 (2 twin beds 80x190cm to create 1 double bed 160cm on request, balcony access). Bathroom (basin, bath, heated towel rail, window). 1 separate toilet.
