A 260-square-meter detached Chalet (+20 square meters of attic space) spread over 3 levels. High-quality finishes and warm decor. 7 bedrooms – 6 bathrooms. This spacious Chalet combines the charm of wood, warm decor, and a wide range of amenities to accommodate guests of all ages.

- Entrance through the foyer or directly through the ski room/laundry room (bench, boot dryer, washer, and dryer).
- Fully equipped kitchen/dining room with dining table, pantry, and access to the balcony.
- Large living room: sofa, fireplace (firewood included), smart TV, Bluetooth-enabled devices, access to the balcony/patio.
- 1 separate restroom.
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: 1 bed (140x190) and 1 bed (90x190 cm), shower room / toilet. Access to the balcony.
- Attic Bedroom 2: 2 beds (90x190 cm).
- Attic Bedroom 3: 2 beds (90x190 cm).
- Bathroom (bathtub/toilet) between Bedrooms 2 and 3.

The Chalet is located in the heart of Le Linga, at the edge of the hamlet heading toward Pré-La-Joux, very close to the gondola (300 m). The center of the village of Châtel, shops, and Superchâtel are 3 km away.
Shuttle bus stop at the Linga gondola station. Numerous winter and summer activities in the resort and the valley (Ice rink, hiking, Forme d’O swimming pool, Cross-country skiing...). Lake Geneva, Thonon-les-Bains (spa city), and Evian-les-Bains are 40 km away.
