Detached 38m2 duplex chalet next to the owners' living quarters.
Garden level: fitted kitchen opening onto living room (3-seater sofa, TV, dining area), shower room, separate toilet.
Upstairs: bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm), bedroom 2 (2 beds 90x190cm).
Beautiful wooden terrace with table, chairs, bench and deckchairs facing the mountains.
Bed linen provided and beds made on arrival. Covered parking space.
Winter: Ski in Combloux or Megève 5km away (snow equipment required). Summer: numerous Hiking trails nearby. Lake biotope at Combloux 2.5km, Thermal baths at Saint-Gervais 9km.

    Logement idéal avec une décoration comme on les aime à la montagne et surtout quelle vue!
    Les propriétaires sont très gentils et arrangeants sur le départ et l'arrivée.
    A 10min de la station de Combloux et 15 min de Megeve.
    Nous reviendrons je pense !

    Noël dans la neige

    Très bel endroit avec une magnifique vue sur les montagnes.Séjour hivernal,comme on peut le souhaiter à Noel en Haute Savoie.Des balades en raquettes toutes proches et du ski dans un cadre exceptionnel.
    Il est appréciable d'avoir les lits faits en arrivant.
