Stunning 85m² detached Chalet featuring exquisite finishes and high-quality materials. Garage, large terrace (partly covered), balcony, and yard.
Ground floor: 1-car garage, laundry room (with shower area).
First floor: kitchen open to the dining room and living room, large floor-to-ceiling windows opening onto the terrace. Separate half-bath.
Second floor: Bedroom 1 (1 bed, 160x200 cm), Bedroom 2 (2 beds, 80x200 cm, which can be joined to create one double bed, 160x200 cm). Each of the two bedrooms has a walk-in closet, a private bathroom (walk-in shower, toilet), a TV, and access to the balcony.
Large terrace, part of which is covered, with patio furniture, lounge area, lounge chairs, and a plancha grill. Private Spa on the terrace (included in the rate).
In addition to the garage, parking is available in front of the Chalet. Laundry room with a washing machine and shower area. Dryer. Shoe dryer for 4 pairs.
Bed linen and towels provided. Optional housekeeping available upon request.
Abondance village center with shops is 3 km away. Skiing / Portes du Soleil ski area: Abondance 3.5 km, La Chapelle d’Abondance 9 km, Châtel 14 km. Ski and sledding area in Abondance. Aquatic center in Châtel. Lake Geneva, Thonon, and Evian-les-Bains (spa cities) 28 km away. Many activities nearby and in the Abondance Valley (hiking, via ferrata, mountain biking, rafting, canoeing...).
Snow gear required in winter.

Mathieu Super séjour au chalet Les Follys
Nous avons passé un super séjour au Chalet Les Follys à Abondance ! Dès notre arrivée, nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. L’accueil est chaleureux et attentionné, avec plein de petites infos pratiques pour profiter au mieux du séjour.
Le logement est cosy, très propre et décoré avec beaucoup de goût – un vrai cocon montagnard. Le jacuzzi est un vrai plus, surtout après les belles randonnées accessibles directement depuis le chalet : un pur moment de détente !
Un grand merci aux hôtes pour leur gentillesse et leurs précieux conseils. Nous repartons avec de très beaux souvenirs et l’envie de revenir très vite.- Cleanliness

Steven Une belle maison avec un propriétaire hospitalier
Het is een heerlijk en ruim huis. Er is een mooie keuken waar volgens mij niets ontbreekt. Fijne slaapkamers en een heelrijke douche. Het terras is ruim en het uitzicht is formidabel! De eigenaar is gastvrij en zeer vriendelijk.
C'est une maison charmante et spacieuse. Il y a une belle cuisine où, j'en suis sûr, rien ne manque. Les chambres sont charmantes et la douche est magnifique. La terrasse est spacieuse et la vue est fantastique ! Le propriétaire est accueillant et très sympathique.

Famille gury Vacances a la montagne
Deuxième fois au gites et toujours aussi reposant les propriétaires sont toujours aussi accueillant le gites toujours aussi propre et la vue vraiment superbe rien à dire vraiment super gites bien équipé jacuzzi génial plein de choses à faire autour vraiment de bonnes vacances allez y les yeux fermés vous ne serai pas déçu .en ce qui nous concerne nous y retournerons à bientôt et merci
