78m² Holiday cottage on the 1st floor of a chalet-style house with 2 other owner-occupied units, located near the family farm (working farm from mid-October to end of May - cheese production. Alpine farm in summer).
Shared entrance at the rear of the house. Entrance hall, fitted kitchen (balcony access), lounge - dining room (TV, DVD player, sofa, access to terrace - balcony.
3 bedrooms: bedroom 1 (2 beds 90x190cm), bedroom 2 (1 bed 160x200cm), bedroom 3 (2 beds 90x190cm), bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine, separate toilet.
Sheets and towels available for hire. Wifi Internet access.
Balcony - terrace with garden furniture, plancha, large area ideal for winter (sledging, learning to ski) or summer for Kids. Ski and bike room.
Campsites nearby. Resort-village center of Le Grand-Bornand (activities, shops) less than 10 minutes' walk away (500m), ski lifts 1 km away, cross-country skiing 150m away. Shuttle bus stop 200m (from village center, access to Chinaillon by shuttle bus). Thônes 12km, Lake Annecy (Beaches) 25km, Annecy 30km. Numerous nearby Hiking trails in the Aravis mountains.
1 small dog only accepted at extra cost.

Rando56 Très bon séjour au Grand Bornand
Gîte calme, au premier étage d'un grand chalet familial occupé par le propriétaire, fermier et producteur de fromage en retraite dont le fils a repris l'exploitation à proximité du gîte. Accueil très chaleureux et attentionné par le propriétaire lui même.
Gîte très agréable, très bien équipé, très propre; couchages confortables; balcon -terrasse bien exposé où nous avons pu prendre beaucoup de repas. Parking privé, gratuit , au pied du chalet.
Centre du village facilement accessible à pied avec un restaurant très correct à 200 mètres du chalet.
Et bien sûr, grand choix de randonnées dans la vallée que le propriétaire se fait un plaisir de commenter.
Enfin très bon Reblochon familial livrable à domicile !- Cleanliness

Accueillis par des hôtes sympathiques, disponibles, tout en étant discrets. l'appartement était tel que nous l'avions espéré. Dans un cadre et une atmosphère sympathique. A proximité des commerces et activités sans être impacté par les nuisances. un séjour très agréable à renouveler sans hésitation.

Eva k Séjour en famille au grand bornand
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au Grand Bornand. La location était parfaitement localisée proche du centre sans bruit de circulation et idéalement situee pour les randonnees. Le gîte est vaste, très bien équipé et la terrasse ombragée est un plus indéniable par temps chaud. Notre hôte a été prévenant sans être intrusif et son reblochon est à tomber !! A refaire au même endroit sans hésiter !

Excellent accueil du propriétaire ,convivial et sympathique .
De très bon conseil pour faire des balades dans cette belle région .Si vous aimez le reblochon ,faites lui confiance , il connait très bien , puisque son fils a pris la relève de la ferme ....
