Facing the Chinaillon mountains (Le Grand-Bornand), chalet with adjoining rental. Gîte (86m² + 14m² attic space) arranged over 2 levels in a beautiful blend of old wood, stone and modernity. Separate entrance. 1st floor: kitchen/dining room with access to terrace and garden on the same level, balcony, Bedroom 1 (1 bed 180 which can be separated into 2x90), shower room, separate WC. Upstairs: mezzanine living room + reading area, Bedroom 2 (2 twin beds 90, 2 bunk beds 90, shower room/WC), Bedroom 3 (1 bed 140, 1 bed 90, shower room, balcony). Garden furniture, barbecue. Ping-pong table and swing in summer. Private parking lot. Ski/bike room. Laundry room with washing machine. Ski: Le Grand-Bornand / Le Chinaillon 600m, cross-country skiing on site. Shuttles in front of the chalet. Lake Annecy (swimming) 32km. Numerous hikes starting from the gite.

Eze Très bon gite
Gite très bien équipé, très bel agencement de bon goût avec beaux matériaux. Très bon confort. Bon emplacement pour les sports d'hiver ou la découverte de la région.

Gîte spacieux,lumineux,tout confort, matériaux et équipements de qualité,grande terrasse, très bonne literie.Chalet top à recommander, mais...
-Classement 3 épis mais règlement d'une taxe de séjour d'un 4 étoiles.Dommage que les prestations ne soient pas en adéquation : lits faits à l'arrivée et linge de toilette fourni.
-Rangement des provisions minimaliste pour 8 personnes/1 semaine.
-Peu ou pas de wifi dans le chalet; réception acceptable sur la terrasse au plus près du chalet des propriétaires.
-Malgré l'option ménage à 90 €,le locataire est invité à laisser le gîte propre, surprenant.
-Lors de notre départ, pas de responsable présent, c'est le personnel chargé du ménage qui a donné le feu vert, décevant.- Cleanliness
