Facing the Chinaillon mountains (Le Grand-Bornand), chalet with adjoining rental. Gîte (86m² + 14m² attic space) arranged over 2 levels in a beautiful blend of old wood, stone and modernity. Separate entrance. 1st floor: kitchen/dining room with access to terrace and garden on the same level, balcony, Bedroom 1 (1 bed 180 which can be separated into 2x90), shower room, separate WC. Upstairs: mezzanine living room + reading area, Bedroom 2 (2 twin beds 90, 2 bunk beds 90, shower room/WC), Bedroom 3 (1 bed 140, 1 bed 90, shower room, balcony). Garden furniture, barbecue. Ping-pong table and swing in summer. Private parking lot. Ski/bike room. Laundry room with washing machine. Ski: Le Grand-Bornand / Le Chinaillon 600m, cross-country skiing on site. Shuttles in front of the chalet. Lake Annecy (swimming) 32km. Numerous hikes starting from the gite.

Versus Séjour au top
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Chinaillon. Les propriétaires nous ont très bien accueillis et ont été à l’écoute de nos besoins. Le chalet est très bien équipé et très confortable. Nous avons pu pleinement profiter des activités tel que la randonné, le trail et les sorties à vélo… sans parler des marchés et de la proximité de certaines villes à visiter. Je recommande ce chalet hiver comme été.

Le gîte est très bien équipé, les différentes terrasses permettent de profiter de l'extérieur en se protégeant du soleil d'été.

Romain 73 Très bon séjour
Très beau gite bien équipé et spacieux. Les extérieurs sont très agréables et le gite est a proximité du centre du Chinaillon et de beaucoup d'activités. La literie est de bonne qualité.
Le seul petit bémol est la présence de la route en contrebas qui se révèle bruyante l'été les fenêtres ouvertes. Aucun souci la nuit par contre.- Cleanliness
