Attractive 33m² detached chalet in the heart of a large property comprising the owners' house (next to the chalet) and another chalet below (reference 113006).
The chalet is all on one level (first floor). A few steps lead up from the private parking area.
Fitted kitchen with dining area. Living room with sofa bed (160), TV. The living room can be separated from the kitchen by a curtain if the sofa bed is to be used as a sleeping area.
Bedroom: 2 beds 90x200cm, which can be twinned to create a double bed 180cm. Shower room with toilet. Bed linen, towels and bathrobes provided.
2 private terraces with panoramic views of the valley and mountains. Garden and grounds. Garden furniture, gas hob, deckchairs. Private parking. Wifi Internet access. Reversible air-conditioning.
Reignier-Esery center 4km (shops), golf course 400m. Geneva and Lac Léman 16km, La Roche sur Foron (fairs and exhibitions) 13km, Annecy and its lake 38km. Thonon spa 43km, Evian-les-Bains 54km.
Skiing: Vallée Verte, Habère-Poche resort 30km, Bellevaux 40km, Morzine/Portes du Soleil 55km.
Numerous hikes close to the gite.

Caro Un très grand merci pour un super séjour
Très bon accueil: confiture faite maison sur la table de cuisine, très appréciée. Chalet super bien aménagé avec tout ce qu'il faut pour la cuisine: raclette, fondue....très bien décoré, cosy, vue magnifique sur les montagnes. Bref, un super séjour et un grand merci aux propriétaires qui nous ont super bien accueillis.

Alain Accueil très chaleureux et chalet confortable
Séjour très agréable dans ce petit chalet très bien équipé et offrant une superbe vue dégagée sur les montagnes au bout du chemin.
Marie-Claude et Charles, plein d'attentions, nous ont reçu pour un apéritif au début de notre séjour et à prendre le café le matin de notre départ.
A noter qu'il n'y a pas de départs de randonnées balisées sur place.

Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires (gentillesse, petits cadeaux à notre arrivée), très disponibles et qui nous ont donné toutes les informations nécessaires pour découvrir cette belle région. Chalet au top ! Au calme avec une vue époustouflante sur les montagnes, tout l'équipement nécessaire et une très bonne literie. Je conseille vivement.
