37m² gîte on the first floor of a chalet which also includes the owners' accommodation upstairs. Quiet location.
Separate entrance via private terrace.
Equipped kitchen with dining table.
Separate living room with rapido sofa bed (sleeps 2), 1 single bed, TV, access to terrace.
Bedroom (1 bed 160x200cm, storage space).
Bathroom with shower, vanity sink, heated towel rail, toilet.
Washing machine and dryer shared with owner in storage room at side of gîte.
Private south-facing terrace in front of the gîte with magnificent mountain views (Mont de Grange), garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue. Sheltered terrace area with dining table. Small garden.
1 private parking space. Possibility of recharging an electric vehicle (optional extra).
Wifi internet access. Bed linen and towels and end-of-stay cleaning included in price. Ceiling height: 2.13m.
The chalet is located in a hamlet between Abondance and La Chapelle d'Abondance.
Abondance village center 3km away: shops, services, restaurants, summer and winter entertainment, ski/luge fun area. Lac des Plagnes 8.5km away.
Ski in the Portes du Soleil ski area: Abondance or La Chapelle d'Abondance 3.5km, Chatel 9km.
Shuttle bus stop 600m away.
Lac Léman, Thonon or Evian-les-Bains Thermes 33km away. Numerous hikes around the gîte and in the Abondance valley.

Nous remercions les nordistes d'être passé par chez nous avec Tyco . En plus de leur sympathie, Ils ont incroyablement respectueux des lieux, tout était parfait, nickel à leur départ, c'est vraiment appréciable. Nous avons pu aussi partagé quelques bons moments pendant leur séjour. Amicalement.

Sabrinab Gîte agréable et bien situé
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ensoleillé dans ce gîte très bien situé. Nous avons pu faire de belles promenades (assez raides !) à proximité. La vue est belle. La terrasse a été appréciée !

Gert-Jan & Aline Mooi verzorgd appartement, prachtige locatie
Wát hebben wij genoten in dit appartement! Gunstig en rustig gelegen, prima toegang vanaf de doorgaande weg. De woning is schoon, zeer verzorgd en compleet ingericht, aan alles is gedacht. We waardeerden de cadeautjes bij aankomst, de Multipass en de IGN-wandelkaart van de omgeving die je kunt gebruiken, koffie en thee.... het is er allemaal! Het mooie uitzicht vanaf het terras is echt een pluspunt. We werden hartelijk ontvangen door Carole en Regis en we vonden het contact met hen en hun dochter erg leuk. Zij zijn er voor je en zorgen ervoor dat het je aan niets ontbreekt! Geven je ook je privacy als je dat wilt. Kortom: wij bevelen dit adres 100% aan! Hartelijk dank Regis en Carole voor jullie gastvrijheid! We kijken met warme gevoelens terug op ons verblijf bij jullie. Zeker ook de gezelligheid op de avond waarop we met jullie gegeten hebben! Het was erg leuk! We hebben het ervaren alsof we bij vrienden verbleven! Onze hartelijke groeten!
