Privileged location in the heart of Chinaillon for this 65m2 south-facing gîte, built facing the slopes in an adjoining chalet. All shops and services on site during the tourist season: restaurants, ski rental, shops and entertainment. Ski lift access: 400 m on foot.

A 65-square-meter holiday cottage spread over two levels in a complex of two chalets (the holiday cottage and the owners' chalet).
Separate entrance on the first level (ground floor) or at garden level.
Garden level: Open-concept kitchen opening onto the living room and dining area. Upstairs: Bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190 + 2 bunk beds 90x190), Bedroom 2 (1 bed 160x200). Bathroom, separate toilet. Bed linen is provided and the beds are made on arrival. Private parking, south-facing wooden deck with garden furniture.
On-site shops during the season; skiing 400m away. Lake Annecy (swimming in summer) 31km away; the city of Annecy 40km away. Hiking trails starting from the holiday cottage in summer.
The holiday cottage is not accessible to people with limited mobility.
