In the heart of a hamlet, 130 m² detached chalet on 2 levels.
On the first level (with level access to the grounds and terrace): kitchen opening onto the living room with wood-burning stove (wood supplied), linen room with washing machine, separate toilet.
1st floor: Bedroom 1 (1 x 160 cm bed), Bedroom 2 (1 x 160 cm bed) with en-suite shower room, Bedroom 3 (2 x 90 cm beds), bathroom with bath and shower, separate wc.
Bed linen provided. Electric heating (underfloor), balcony, terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs, grounds, 1 closed garage.
Grand-Bornand ski area 800 m away, walks from the gîte (Vallée du Bouchet), nearby leisure center.
Off-season, the chalet can be rented at a reduced rate depending on the number of guests.

Gîte parfait. Bon emplacement, navettes accessibles en bas de la rue et à 4 min du télécabine le Rosay. Le gîte est splendide, rénové avec goût et qualité, d’une propreté impeccable. La literie est agréable, les lits faits à l’arrivée est vraiment appréciable. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et accessibles. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

L’accueil a été très chaleureux. Le chalet est très bien équipé et confortable avec bonne literie. La vue est vraiment LE plus !
Le gîte est au calme et à proximité directe de belles balades et le centre du village.

Gites très bien situe 1km du centre pour les courses du quotidien presque sans dénivelé ideal pour se mettre en jambes pour des magnifiques randonnées une flore exceptionnel en cette fin de printemps
