Large detached chalet of 195m² + 25m² attic located in the immediate vicinity of the center of Chinaillon with its shops and resort. Owner's family chalet next door.
First floor: fully-equipped kitchen (cooker), dining room with large dining table, living room (TV, bay window giving access to large balcony). Separate WC.
1st floor: gaming room with pool table, sofa, TV, balcony access. Bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm, balcony access), bedroom 2 (1 bed 160x200cm, balcony access), shower room, separate toilet.
2nd floor: bedroom 3 (1 bed 160x200cm, washbasin), bedroom 4 (1 bed 160x200cm + 2 beds 90x200cm, shower/shower room), bedroom 5 (1 bed 160x200cm + 1 bed 90x200cm, shower/shower room), attic bedroom 6 (2 twin beds 80x200cm, washbasin). Separate shower for bedrooms 3 and 6. 2 separate WCs.
Garden level (lower part of the Chalet): ski room with shoe dryer, winter entrance possible directly from the ski room. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Wifi Internet access, bed linen provided. End-of-stay cleaning package optional.
Balcony-terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs (Mountain and slope views in winter), garden, barbecue, table tennis, access to garden via gate and stairs from balcony. Ski lockers. Public parking in front of Holiday cottage.
Ski: 200m walk to the Chinaillon - Grand-Bornand ski lifts (elevator access 100m from Holiday cottage). Chinaillon resort center (shops, restaurants), skibus shuttle stop (linking Chinaillon and Grand-Bornand center) 150m away. Numerous summer and winter activities in Grand-Bornand and the Aravis (Ice rink, Piscine, Golf, Hiking, etc.), hiking trails depart from the chalet. Thônes 20km, Lake Annecy (Swimming, Beaches) 32km, Annecy 40km.
