This 90-square-meter holiday cottage is located on the garden level of a traditional Chalet, offering a beautiful setting overlooking Lake des Confins. The Chalet also includes the owners’ second home (ground floor) and another rental unit on the top floor.
The apartment has a separate entrance, accessible via an outdoor staircase from the parking lot.

- Fully equipped kitchen open to the living room: dining table, sofa, bench, TV, decorative fireplace (not functional), foosball table, washing machine. Access to the large terrace facing Lake des Confins.
- Bedroom 1: 1 bed (160x200 cm), access to the terrace.
- Bedroom 2: 2 beds (90x190 cm) that can be pushed together and 2 bunk beds (90x190 cm), access to the terrace.
- Bedroom 3: 2 beds (80x190 cm) that can be joined together.
- 1 bathroom: vanity with sink, bathtub, shower.
