Chalet comprising a spacious 190m² gîte in a quiet area on the heights of the village with magnificent mountain views.
Separate entrance for the gîte at the rear of the chalet.
First floor: entrance hall with cupboard. Fitted kitchen opening onto living-dining room (dining table, corner sofa, TV, fireplace), bay window with access to terrace-balcony and garden. Bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm), shower room, separate toilet, laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer.
Upstairs: mezzanine with relaxation area (sofa and bench), table soccer. Bedroom 2 (1 bed 160x200cm, balcony), bedroom 3 (1 bed 160x200cm, cot), bedroom 4 (1 bed 160x200cm), windowless bedroom 5 (4 beds 90x190cm), 2 bathrooms on this floor and 1 separate toilet.
Lower part of chalet: 1-car garage with adjoining ski room with shoe dryer, bike storage. Ski locker outside.
Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning included. Optional cleaning during your stay on request. Wifi Internet access.
Terrace/balcony with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue.
Parking: private 1-car garage, parking on lower level of chalet + 1 parking lot at gîte entrance. Video surveillance in parking lot.
