140m² detached chalet on 2 levels, offering excellent amenities and a magnificent ambience combining old wood and modernity. The Chalet is located in Merdassier, between the village center of Manigod and La Clusaz. You'll be welcomed directly by the owners.
First floor: fully-equipped kitchen opening onto living room (dining table, sofa, armchairs, wood-burning stove). Bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200 cm, shower room/wc), bedroom 2 (1 bed 140x190 cm, shower room/wc). 1 separate toilet. Laundry/storeroom (washing machine/dryer, additional fridge).
Upstairs: mezzanine with sofa, TV. Bedroom 3 (2 beds 90 cm which can be made into a double bed 180x200 cm), bedroom 4 (1 bed 160x200 cm), shower room, separate wc.
Wifi Internet access. Linen, towels, bathrobes and end-of-stay cleaning included.
South-facing terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs.
Beautiful views of the Etale and Charvin mountains. In winter, you can take the ski lift from the Chalet to the slopes. Spring - summer, alpine chalet atmosphere with the family's cows in the grounds around the chalet.
In winter, parking is available in Merdassier, and access to the Chalet is by foot (5-10 min.). The owner can take your suitcases and belongings with you on a quad bike when you arrive.
In summer, direct access to the chalet by car via a 500m unpaved road (avoid very low cars).
Electric car recharging via traditional domestic socket at extra cost (during periods when it's possible to park at the chalet).
Activities and services: only in season, bakery, Sherpa supermarket 700m away. Shops in La Clusaz 10km away. Shuttle bus stop 700m away.
