First floor: bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm), bedroom 2 (2 twin beds 80x190cm that can create 1 double bed), small bedroom 3 (2 bunk beds 90x190cm). 2 shower rooms, separate toilet. Entrance hall. Laundry area with washing machine and dryer.
Balcony with village view, private terrace with Mountain view, garden furniture, deckchairs, electric barbecue. Plot of land. Private parking on site in summer (gravel path for last few meters), parking 80m away in case of snow. Ski locker.
Ski: Grand-Bornand/Chinaillon slopes on site. Shuttle bus stop 100m away. Chinaillon village center (shops, restaurants) a 5-minute walk away. Le Grand-Bornand center (summer Piscine, Ice rink, activities, etc.) 6km away.
