Independent 105m² chalet (+9m² attic) arranged in half-levels, in a quiet area on the heights of La Clusaz. Beautiful ambience blending wood and modern design. Sleeps up to 10 with supplement (maximum 8 adults + children).

First floor: entrance hall, fitted kitchen opening onto the dining room (dining table, wood-burning stove, 2 armchairs, connected TV), access to the lovely terrace-balcony. 1 separate toilet with washbasin.
1/2 upper level with 2 bedrooms: bedroom 1 (1 double bed 160x200cm, shower room), bedroom 2 (1 bed 160x200cm, shower room, attic sleeping area with 2 twin beds 80x190cm - max height 1.65cm and access via staggered-step staircase).
1/2 lower level: sleeping area with 2 bunk beds 80x190cm, bedroom 3 (1 bed 140x190cm, terrace access), bathroom with shower, bath, vanity unit, wc.
1/2 lower level: attractive living room with sofa, benches, large connected TV. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
South-west-facing terrace-balcony with garden furniture, gas barbecue, electric awning. Beautiful panoramic view of the mountains, village and ski slopes in winter. Wooden terrace and garden in front of the chalet.
