Just a stone's throw from the center of Combloux and the biotope lake, you'll fall under the spell of this luxury detached chalet, designed and decorated with noble materials in a chic, refined atmosphere.
The chalet is set in a quiet environment, boasts spacious rooms and is triple-exposed, allowing you to make the most of all the surrounding mountains: Mont-Blanc, Fiz, Aravis.
First floor: bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm, shower room with wc), bedroom 2 (2 beds 90x200cm, shower room with wc), wellness room with SPA and hammam), wc.
1st floor: fitted kitchen opening onto living room (dining area, sitting room with TV, fireplace, reading room), bedroom 3 (2 beds 90x200cm adjoining), shower room with wc.
2nd floor: mezzanine opening onto living room with children's play area, bedroom 4 (2 beds 90x200cm), shower room with wc, bedroom 5 (master suite) with 1 bed 180x200cm, private bathroom with shower and bath, wc.
Covered terrace on 1st floor with garden furniture (benches, armchairs), plancha. Wifi Internet access.
Garage for 1 vehicle with storage space, outdoor parking.
8mx4m swimming pool secured by protective cover, usable from June to late September, deckchairs.
Everything is included: bed linen, towels, cleaning during your stay (3 hours) included in the price.
The wellness facilities and swimming pool are reserved exclusively for chalet guests.
Combloux village center 300m away (skier shuttle to Combloux ski area, shops, restaurants). Skiing 2km away in winter.
Princesse cable car 2km (Megève/Saint-Gervais ski area), Combloux/Portes du Mont-Blanc ski area 4km (linked to Megève Le Jaillet and La Giettaz).
Biotope lake 300m away (summer bathing facing Mont-Blanc). Megève town center 5km away.

Es war eine wunderbare Woche bei strahlendem Sonnenschein. Hier haben wir schöne Zimmer, eine vollständig und sehr sehr gut eingerichtete Küche sowie Wellness und Schwimmbereich vorgefunden.
Nur 5 Minuten den Berg hinauf war eine ganz vorzügliche Bäckerei (richtig traditionell mit Sauerteig usw). Ansonsten haben wir im Dorf alles gehabt, was man im Urlaub genießt - einen Markt - gute Restaurants - Apotheke.
Unsere Betreuer Eddy war über WhatsApp immer für erreichbar. Und der Blick 24/7 zum Mont Blanc war grandios. (Wir hatten ja fast nur Sonnenschein )Lediglich die Stühle am Esstisch sind und bei den Spieleabenden doch schnell unbequem geworden.
Es war einfach super - schöner kann Urlaub nicht sein.

We really enjoyed our stay at Chalet La Petite Ourse. The chalet itself is very well equipped and has all the facilities needed for a longer stay. Despite its modern design, it still maintains a really cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. We particularly enjoyed the SPA, which was a great treat after a long day of hiking!
For us, it was the first time visiting this area, and we were absolutely captivated by the stunning surroundings. The possibilities in the area are extensive: the Mont Blanc, Annecy, Le Lac de Genève, and various hiking and biking options in Combloux. The view from the chalet is breathtaking, providing a perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The combination of comfort and scenic beauty made our experience truly unforgettable. We highly recommend Chalet La Petite Ourse for anyone looking for a perfect blend of modern amenities and charming ambiance. We hope that we can come back someday.
