Between the villages of Abondance and Chatel, this old traditional valley farmhouse has been completely restored and tastefully decorated, making it ideal for a stay with family or friends. Views of the Chablais mountains. Garden, veranda, games (table soccer, table tennis...). Cosy atmosphere.

Chalet / renovated traditional farmhouse measuring 145 m² (+ 21 m² veranda) spread over two levels, located next to the owners’ chalet.

Raised ground floor: large entry hall, open-concept kitchen connected to the living room (TV with Wii console), access to the southeast-facing balcony. Bedroom 1 (1 bed, 140x190 cm). Bathroom with shower and toilet.
Garden level (lower part of the Chalet): Bedroom 2 (2 bunk beds, 90x200 cm, and 2 single beds, 90x190 cm), Bedroom 3 adjoining Bedroom 2 (2 beds, 80x190 cm, which can be joined to form a 160 cm bed), Bedroom 4 (1 bed, 140x190 cm), Bedroom 5 (1 bed, 160x200 cm). Bathroom with shower and bathtub (+ washing machine). Separate toilet. Foosball table.
Access to the veranda (unheated) with a large outdoor seating area. Access via a few steps to the patio and garden (garden furniture, lounge chairs, barbecue, ping-pong table, fountain).
Private parking. Shared courtyard.
