Independent chalet of 50m² (+16m² attic) laid out on 2 levels, located next to the owners' house. Very quiet area.
Over the period October to May, possibility of up to 4 people (no supplement and on request).
Entrance hall, fitted kitchen open to the living room (sofa, television, wood stove with wood included), bay window opening onto the terrace-balcony. Bathroom (shower) / wc.
Duplex, 2 sleeping areas: 1st sleeping area on the mezzanine with 1 bed 160x190cm separable into 2 beds 80x190cm. 2nd sleeping area with 1 bed 140x190cm (presence of a skylight/opening overlooking the living room).
Sheets and towels provided, end of stay cleaning optional. Shared washing machine in the owners' laundry room.
Large terrace-balcony with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue. View of the forest. Ground.
Private parking. In the property: chicken coop, goats... Chalet supplied by spring water (a "green conscience" is necessary).
The owner is a beekeeper. Hives and honey farm near the gîte.
Bus stop 2km away allowing you to reach all the shops or the center of Annecy. Lake Annecy, beaches at 6km. Center of Annecy (with old town), train station 8km. Many hikes (Mont-Veyrier for example), walks nearby (departure from the chalet). Skiing: Aravis resorts (Le Grand-Bornand, La Clusaz, Manigod) at 27km, Semnoz (family resort) at 22km. From mid-November to mid-March, a vehicle equipped with snow tires is essential.
