Breathtaking views of the Mont-Blanc and Fiz mountain ranges from this 58m2 gîte on the 1st floor of a chalet that also includes 2 other gîtes.
Entrance hall, fitted kitchen opening onto living room with fireplace, 2 bedrooms 1 (2 twin beds 90cm), bedroom 2 (2 twin beds 90cm), shower room, bathroom, 2 separate WCs.
South-west-facing wooden terrace facing Mt-Blanc (direct access to garden) with garden furniture and barbecue, shared garden.
Shared washing machine and dryer in laundry room. Electric heating.
Skiing in Combloux, Megève 3km, St-Gervais 8km, thermal baths 7km, village center 5 min walk, free-access leisure area for children aged 1 and over (pump track, city stadium, skate park, multi-activity playgrounds). Summer: biotope lake with sauna, jacuzzi 300m away, mini-adventure park (3-10 yrs).

Le gîte est aménagé avec beaucoup de goût ; il est très fonctionnel…sa vue sur le Mont-Blanc est tout simplement magnifique…l’emplacement du gîte est également parfait : 5 min à pied du centre, 5 min du plan d’eau et parfait également pour aller faire de la randonnée…on reviendra c’est certain.
