Located on the first floor of a Chalet facing Mont Blanc, this 58-square-meter holiday cottage will charm you with its view, its location, and its cozy decor.
The Chalet also includes two other holiday cottages (83078 and 83080).
Entryway, open-concept kitchen connected to the living room (with a fireplace), bedroom 1 (2 single beds that can be pushed together), bedroom 2 (2 single beds that can be pushed together), shower room, bathroom, and 2 separate toilets.
Southwest-facing wooden deck overlooking Mont Blanc (direct access to the garden) with patio furniture and a barbecue. Shared garden, garage. Shared washer and dryer in a laundry room. Electric heating.
Skiing in Megève, Combloux 3 km away, St-Gervais 8 km away, Thermal bathes 7 km away, free-access recreation area for Kids ages 1 and up (pump track, city stadium, skate park, multi-activity playgrounds). In summer: Lake with Sauna and hot tub 300 m away, mini adventure park (ages 3–10). Village center: 5-minute walk.

Les contacts se sont faits par sms et téléphone, sans problèmes.
Le gîte est très agréable, bien équipé, au calme, proche du centre de Combloux; le grand jardin bien entretenu, la vue magnifique s'il fait beau ! Dommage nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la terrasse à cause du mauvais temps. Je recommande !- Cleanliness

Gîte très bien aménagé.
Bonne situation par rapport au village, commerces.
Panier de bienvenue très apprécié.

CHRISTIAN location du 18 au 25 janvier 2025
gite très fonctionnel, bien équipé et calme. Il ne manque rien. Beau balcon avec une vue magnifique sur le Mont-Blanc. Les deux salles de bain sont appréciables. La location du linge de maison était parfaite, en plus les lits étaient fait à notre arrivée. Merci à Eddy pour son accueil.
