In the heart of the Aravis mountain range, close to the resort, 26m² gîte on the first floor of the owners' chalet.
Kitchen/living area (sofa bed 130cm, TV), bedroom with 1 double bed 140x190cm.
Bathroom/wc (shower, vanity sink, heated towel rail).
Ski and equipment storage in gîte.
Terrace area in front of gîte with garden furniture, deckchairs, garden/ground. Barbecue available on request. Private parking space in front of gîte.
Central heating. Bed linen provided, towels not supplied, optional end-of-stay cleaning on request.
Etale ski slopes 500 m away. Resort center 2.5 km away. Shuttle service 500 m from the gîte (chapelle du Gotty or hôtel du Gotty). Numerous hikes in the Aravis massif.

Magnifique Germandree

Le logement est d'une propreté exceptionnelle et très bien équipé. C'est un petit cocon très bien situé. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et toujours là pour donner les bons conseils. Nous y venons depuis de nombreuses années et nous recommandons sans modération.

Un gîte cosy, propre et très bien équipé

Très bon accueil et disponibilité de Mme Suize. Le gîte est bien placé et particulièrement bien équipé. Parfait pour un couple. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour.

Gîte sympathique

Le gîte est bien situé, il est très bien entretenu, les propriétaires sont sympathiques, la chambre est super car le lit est bon et il y a un noir total (nickel pour la grasses mat’)
