In the heart of the Aravis mountain range, near the resort, 26m² gîte on the ground floor of the owners' chalet.
Kitchen/living room area (130 cm sofa bed, television), bedroom with 1 double bed 140x190cm.
Shower room/wc (shower, washbasin on cupboard, heated towel rail).
Storage for skis and equipment in the gite.
Terrace area in front of the gite with garden furniture, deckchairs, land/garden. Barbecue on request from owners. Private parking space in front of the gîte.
Central heating. Sheets are provided, towels not provided, optional end-of-stay cleaning on request.
Ski slopes of the Etale domain at 500 m. Resort center 2.5 km. Shuttle bus 500 m from the gite (Gotty chapel or Gotty hotel). Many hikes in the Aravis massif.
10% discount for a stay from 3 weeks.

5/5Logement spacieux pour 2.
La propriétaire m'avait donné son accord pour recevoir mon fils et sa copine pour les diners et nous a même proposée une chaise supplémentaire.
Tout fonctionne très bien, la literie vient d'être changée, vaisselle bien rangée.
Logement situé à proximité de La Clusaz à 20mn à pied, ou par les navettes gratuites, arrêt situé à 500m.
Endroit très calme.
Parking voiture juste devant l'entrée du logement dans la propriété.
