On the lower half-level, very pleasant living/dining room with high ceilings, fireplace (1st basket of wood offered), 1 corner sofa + 1 sofa (both convertible), TV, DVD player, bookcase. Large bay window with magnificent view of the mountains and the village of Le Grand-Bornand, balcony-terrace access. Fully equipped kitchen.
On the upper half-level, 2 bedrooms: entrance to Holiday cottage, master bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm, bathroom/wc), bedroom 2 (1 bed 160x200 and 1 bed 90x200cm bunk beds). Shower room, separate toilet.
South-facing balcony/terrace with Mountain and village views, garden furniture, deckchairs, plancha. Separate laundry/ski room with washing machine and 8-pair boot dryer. Private parking.
