1-bedroom, single-storey Holiday cottage (28m²) on the first floor of the owners' Chalet, with stunning Mountain views. Sleeps up to 4.
Independent entrance via the Holiday cottage's private terrace.
Fully-equipped kitchen opening onto living room (dining table, TV, rapido sofa-bed for 1 or 2 people).
Bedroom with 1 bed 160x190cm separable into 2 beds 80cm.
Bathroom with Italian shower, washbasin on cabinet, washing machine. 1 separate toilet.
Bed linen provided, towels for hire, optional end-of-stay cleaning.
Private south-facing terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and plancha. Small storage room next to the Holiday cottage. The Chalet is set back from the road leading to Chinaillon.
Private parking in the courtyard in front of the chalet.
Shuttle bus stop on site (during summer and winter high seasons). Grand-Bornand village center 3km away (shops, restaurants, Piscine, cross-country skiing, activities, etc.). Le Chinaillon 3km away.
Ski: Le Grand-Bornand lifts (Le Rosay - La Joyère gondolas) or Le Chinaillon 3km away .
La Clusaz 9km, Thônes 14km, Lake Annecy 28km. Annecy 34km. Numerous Hiking trails in the Aravis.

Dajajolau Chalet savoyard
Le gîte est situé à 2 kms du village du Grand Bornand en face de l'arrêt du bus. Pas besoin d'utiliser la voiture. Le gîte est très bien agencé avec tout ce qu'il faut comme à la maison. Vue magnifique de l'intérieur.

un excellent séjour, des propriétaires chaleureux et très sympas. Le logement est impeccable avec tous le confort. La navette est gratuit et au pied du chalet. je te recommande fortement ce logement.

Elly Gite confortable et très bien situé
Gite très bien situé et équipé (avec un local pratique pour ranger l'équipement de rando) à côté du Grand Bornand et de Chinaillon où il y a tout ce qu'il faut : restaurants, commerces, bars, départ de randos tout est à proximité (5 min de voiture ou 30 min à pied). Gite très propre avec une bonne literie.
Très belle vue sur les Aravis, passage de voitures mais ce n'est pas génant car c'est calme le soir. Bonne literie, équipement de base présent (sel, poivre, torchons, pastilles de lave-vaisselle). Une petite bouteille d'huile ou un peu de lessive d'avance aurait aurait été appréciable mais c'est vraiment du détail à ce stade vu le reste des prestations.
Prioritaires très disponibles et discrets. Nous recommanderons ce gîte avec plaisir ! Nous garons également l'adresse pour de futurs vacances ;)- Cleanliness
