1-bedroom, single-storey Holiday cottage (28m²) on the first floor of the owners' Chalet, with stunning Mountain views. Sleeps up to 4.
Independent entrance via the Holiday cottage's private terrace.
Fully-equipped kitchen opening onto living room (dining table, TV, rapido sofa-bed for 1 or 2 people).
Bedroom with 1 bed 160x190cm separable into 2 beds 80cm.
Bathroom with Italian shower, washbasin on cabinet, washing machine. 1 separate toilet.
Bed linen provided, towels for hire, optional end-of-stay cleaning.
Private south-facing terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and plancha. Small storage room next to the Holiday cottage. The Chalet is set back from the road leading to Chinaillon.
Private parking in the courtyard in front of the chalet.
Shuttle bus stop on site (during summer and winter high seasons). Grand-Bornand village center 3km away (shops, restaurants, Piscine, cross-country skiing, activities, etc.). Le Chinaillon 3km away.
Ski: Le Grand-Bornand lifts (Le Rosay - La Joyère gondolas) or Le Chinaillon 3km away .
La Clusaz 9km, Thônes 14km, Lake Annecy 28km. Annecy 34km. Numerous Hiking trails in the Aravis.

Jacky Excellent séjour au grand bornand
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans le gîte josephine.
Les propriétaires sont des gens très sympathiques et très abordables.
Ils ont été aux petits soins pour nous et de très bons conseils.
Le gîte est magnifique, fonctionnel et très confortable.
Il est aussi très bien situé avec un arrêt des skibus gratuit devant le chalet.

Philippe Séjour très parfait
L'accueil pour notre arrivée tardive par Mme la propriétaire a été parfait. Le chalet a un accès presque privé où il est très facile de stationner sa voiture. Le rez-de-chaussée du chalet où nous logions, correspond parfaitement en terme de surface à l'hébergement d'un couple. Il est fonctionnel, propre, confortable, il y a tout le matériel pour faire la cuisine. La Wifi est OK. Près du chalet il y a l'arrêt de la navette qui nous a permis de nous déplacer vers Le Grand Bornand, le Chanaillon ou La Cluzat. Les propriétaires sont très charmants, accueillants et enclin à nous donner des conseils sur les lieux environnants à voir.

Dan La montagne ça vous gagne
Logement très fonctionnel juste bien pour 2 personnes, arrêt des navettes tout proche et passage régulier pendant la saison..petit bémol route assez passante
