This authentic Savoyard chalet, surrounded by vast grounds, has been carefully renovated to guarantee an unforgettable stay. Facing the mountains, you can relax in a wood-heated Scandinavian Spa.

The Chalet is laid out as follows: Garden level: - Entrance hatch / storage room for skis or bikes - Fitted kitchen opening onto living room (wood-burning stove, sofa, TV, dining area) - Shower room - Separate toilet Upstairs: - Bedroom 1 (2 twin beds 80x200cm) - Bedroom 2 (bed 160x200cm, open shower room with shower and toilet) - Bedroom 3 (attic, with access from bedroom 2): 3 beds 80x200cm.

For your comfort, everything is included: bed linen (beds made), towels and end-of-stay cleaning. Internet wifi. Electric underfloor heating + wood-burning stove. Important: access to the Chalet for the last 600 m is via an unsurfaced road. From the start of the winter season, you'll need a 4-wheel drive vehicle with snow tires. In winter, the owners can arrange for you and your luggage to be taken to and from the Chalet: your vehicle will remain parked at their home.
Once you're on the ski slopes, the caboche gondola can take you to Megève city center (9am to 5pm). Hiking on site in all seasons. Access to the ski slopes and ski lockers a 15-minute walk from the chalet (approx. 700m).
In summer, prefer access from Mont d'Arbois. 12-minute drive (approx. 6km) to Megève town center: Casino, shops, Tourist Office, Palais des Sports (Piscine, Ice rink, Wellbeing area, etc.). 2.5km to Golf du Mont d'Arbois. Mont d'Arbois shops 2.5km away in season. Combloux and its biotope Lake facing Mont-Blanc 10km away. Saint-Gervais Thermal baths 21km, Chamonix-Mont-Blanc 38km (approx. 50 minutes by car).
