Chalet comprising 3 gîtes with panoramic views of the Aravis mountain range. Gîte of 101 m² on 2 levels on 2nd floor.
1st level: large living room with fitted kitchen, separate wc
2nd level: Bedroom 1 (2 twin beds 90cm), Bedroom 2 (1 bed 140cm), Bedroom 3 (1 bed 140cm, 1 bed 80cm), shower room, separate wc. Central heating.
Ski room, garage, shared laundry room. Balcony, shared grounds.
La Clusaz/Balme ski area 1 km away. Shuttles 200m away. Numerous hiking trails nearby. Lac des Confins (fishing) 1 km away. Resort center, shops and activities 2 km away.
Discover Col des Aravis, mountain pastures, visit the owners' farm.
A maximum of 1 pet is allowed in the gîte.

    Avis vacances Septembre

    RAS ; super logement bien équipé et très propre ; prix avantageux du mois de septembre ; cadre sympa avec une belle terrasse aménagée et une vue magnifique sur les Aravis. Accueil excellent et des conseils sur les activités disponibles autours. Je recommande.
