63m2 gîte on the 2nd floor of a chalet-style house which also includes 2 other owner's apartments and another gîte (no. 83102).
Entrance shared with the owner.
Open-plan kitchen and living room (sofa, bench, TV) with access to balcony. Bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm), Bedroom 2 (2 beds 90x190cm), bathroom, separate toilet. Internet wifi.
The gîte has a garden with furniture and barbecue. Sheets and towels can be rented.
Village centers: Combloux 2km, Megève 4.5km and St-Gervais 6km.
Ski in Megève 1.8km (Princesse gondola) or St-Gervais 5.5km (Bettex gondola).
In summer: numerous hikes nearby, and Combloux biotope lake 2.5km away.
St-Gervais thermal baths 10km away, Chamonix Mont-Blanc 30 minutes by car.

zubairs lovely short stay at Gite - Chalet GROSSET
We chose Chalet Grosset for a 3-day stay with a special group of friends and Madame Silvy GROSSET was a great host. Despite our late arrival, Mme. GROSSET ensured we had a great welcome & reception.
Our stay was very comfortable with a beautiful 360 deg view of the alpine landscape. The Chalet is located ideally near several hiking trails around Combloux and Megeve. We and our friends loved our stay and we are already planning to return for another stay during the summer.
Un immense merci à Mme. et M. GROSSET pour avoir rendu notre court séjour inoubliable.
I’d highly recommend Chalet GROSSET for a great family time in the alps.

Nous en sommes à notre 3eme séjour dans le chalet Grosset et sommes toujours aussi ravi de notre passage. Le chalet est cosi, propre et bien équipé. Il est à proximité de jolies balades en forêt et montagne, certaines face au mont blanc. Le spectacle est de toute beauté et la tranquillité règne. Cette location est idéale pour se ressourcer et les propriétaires sont très gentils et accueillants. Nous avons toujours eu droit à un jus et des friandises à notre arrivée.
Vraiment rien à redire, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir de nouveau. Surtout n’hésitez pas !- Cleanliness

TSharp Combloux Cocooning
Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cet joli appartement, très bien équipé et confortable. On vois bien que Sylvie et Guy font tout pour que leurs locataires soient à l'aise et sont toujours présents si besoin - je recommande sans hésitation!

Excellent séjour à la montagne ! Appartement très propre, spacieux et parfaitement équipé, rien ne manque. Emplacement idéal entre Combloux, Saint-Gervais-les-Bains et Megève, parfait pour profiter de la région.
Chien admis, ce qui est un vrai plus, et propriétaire très accueillant et sympathique. Nous recommandons sans hésitation !
