Detached 64m² (+7m² attic) chalet on 2 levels + mezzanine overlooking the Prodains hamlet. Chalet on the edge of a ski slope in winter. In summer, enjoy the peace and quiet of the chalet on the edge of the Forest. Ideal for 5 people, maximum capacity 6.
First floor: fitted kitchen opening onto living room with wood-burning stove (wood included), small bedroom 1 with 1 bed 140x190cm. From the living room, access (by ladder) to the low mezzanine with 2 90cm mattresses on the floor. Shower room / wc.
Lower part of the Chalet (access by steep staircase from the living room or from outside the Chalet) - ceiling height 1.92cm: large bedroom 2 with 3 beds 90x190cm, 2 of which can be twinned to create 1 double bed, study. Separate WC with washbasin, washing machine.
Heated floor. Linen rental kit on request. Closed ski/bike room with boot dryer, ski rack. Large wooden terrace, grounds around the Chalet. Garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, ping-pong table.
In winter, private parking (1 space) 150m from the Chalet. Chalet on the edge of the Crôt ski slope, not accessible by car in winter. Paid public parking lot at the gondola station 300m from the Holiday cottage or free public parking lot 800m downhill, served by free shuttle buses. The owner takes your luggage up by snowmobile (outside piste opening hours).
In spring, summer and autumn, parking next to the Chalet (access by 150m of unpaved road). 3S Les Prodains cable car to Avoriaz 100m away. Small free ski lift 50m away. Restaurants and ski rentals at Les Prodains, shops in the center of Morzine 4km away. Numerous summer and winter activities in Morzine and Portes du Soleil (Piscine, Hiking, mountain biking...). Lake Montriond 9km. Lake Geneva, Thonon-les-Bains, Thermal baths 35km, Evian-les-Bains 42km.
