Bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm, desk). Bathroom (washbasin, shower, towel dryer, washing machine). 1 separate toilet.
Cellar with cupboard and storage space. Entrance to gîte via cellar or directly from living room.
Upstairs: bedroom 2 on mezzanine with 1 bed 180x190cm separable into 2 beds 90cm on request + 1 bed 80x200cm, children's games, hammock. Baby cot
South-facing terrace and east-facing balcony with magnificent mountain views. Garden furniture (forest table), parasol.
Shelter for 1 car + parking.
