160m² detached chalet (+5m² attic space) arranged over 3 levels in a beautiful wood and mountain atmosphere.
Access via the large entrance hall on the first floor or directly to the 1st floor (living room level).
Chalet 1st floor: fitted kitchen opening onto dining room and living room (dining table, sofas, armchairs, connected TV, fireplace with 1st basket of wood supplied), access to balcony and terrace, separate toilet with shower area. Large bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm, shower room, wc).
2nd floor: games/TV room (sofa, armchairs, connected TV), bedroom 2 (1 bed 140x190cm, balcony access), bedroom 3 (3 beds 90x190cm, 2 of which can be twinned, balcony access), bathroom with shower and bath, wc.
First floor: bedroom 4 (1 bed 140x190cm, bathroom with shower, wc), large entrance hall / skiroom with shoe dryer in cupboards, laundry room (washing machine and dryer).
Sheets and towels provided, cleaning package optional. Wifi internet access.
South-west terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, pétanque court. Balcony. Sloping ground on the side of the chalet. Magnificent mountain views.
Private parking in front of the chalet + 1 to 2 covered spaces.
Manigod village center (bakery, bar, tourist office, post office) and ski shuttle stop (access to Col de la Croix Fry) 1.5km away. All shops, services and bus station in Thones (8km). Skiing at Col de La Croix Fry-Merdassier (linked to La Clusaz ski area) 7km. Lake Annecy, beaches 22km, Annecy 26km, Geneva airport 70km. Numerous summer/winter hikes in the Aravis mountains.

Es war der zweite Aufenthalt nach 2024. Auch diesmal war alles perfekt. Ein schönes Haus mit allem Komfort. Vor allem vielen Dank an Valerie, die eine perfekte Gastgeberin ist. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Scottish Travellers October 25 Stay in Chalet Flocons d'Neige
Chalet Flocons d'Neige was perfectly sized for our family. It was immaculately presented and the welcome treats were a very kind gesture.
The chalet is located on a quiet country road a few kilometres outside Manigod. A few minutes by car back to the village, or a nice walk as well with fantastic views of the surrounding mountains.
We consider the chalet to be in a great location which allowed us to visit some of the nearby mountain villages/towns which were 15-20mins by car. Lac d'Annecy and Annecy itself were 30-40 mins respectively and well worth visiting.
All in, an amazing holiday property and a location we would love to return to.

La maison est superbe: beaucoup d'espace, 3 salles de bains et une douche supplémentaire, une cuisine bien équipée et wi-fi qui marche bien, ce qui est important avec 3 adolescents ;-)
Nous avons passé un bon temps sur la grande terrasse avec vue sur les montagnes.
La communication avec la propriétaire s'est bien déroulée.

Katia Confort et propreté au rendez-vous
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement cet été ! Nous étions un groupe de 4 adultes et 4 enfants, et chacun a pu profiter de l’espace sans se sentir à l’étroit. Le logement était impeccable, aussi bien au niveau de la propreté que du confort. Nous recommandons vivement ce lieu et n’hésiterons pas à revenir !
