A spacious, detached Chalet of 195 m² spread over three levels, located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the hills above Saint-Gervais.
The Chalet is situated in a preserved area on the sunny hillside of the valley and offers a breathtaking 180° view of the surrounding mountains.

The chalet is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:

First floor:
- Open-concept kitchen opening onto the dining area
- Living room with sofa, armchairs, fireplace, and TV

Outdoors: The Chalet features a panoramic balcony on the first floor and a terrace accessible from the kitchen (garden furniture, lounge chairs, umbrella, and barbecue).

Since the Chalet is located in the hills above Saint-Gervais, be sure to equip your vehicle with snow tires in winter.

Saint-Gervais town center is 1.2 km away (10-minute walk): shops, restaurants, and the tourist office.
The Bettex gondola is 2.2 km away (access to the Saint-Gervais-Megève ski area in winter and hiking trails in summer).
Mont-Blanc Tramway, 1.6 km away: a rack-and-pinion train providing access to the Bellevue Plateau (numerous hiking trails year-round).
