Chalet comprising 2 independent gîtes and owners' accommodation. Separate entrance for each apartment.
Gîte n° 2 (55m²) on the first floor. Maximum capacity 4 people.
Entrance hall with electric shoe dryer.
Fully-equipped kitchen, living room with dining table, TV, rapido-type corner sofa bed, access to balcony offering magnificent panoramic views of the mountains and Le Grand-Bornand.
Bedroom 1 (2 beds 90x200cm close together, French window onto balcony), closed sleeping area (2 bunk beds 90x200cm, curtain, window).
Bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin, washing machine. 1 separate toilet.
South- and west-facing balcony with mountain and village views, garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol. Private parking next to chalet.
Wifi internet access. Central heating.
Sheets and towels available on request, end-of-stay cleaning optional.
Chalet located between the village center and Chinaillon, shuttle bus stop 150m from the gîte. Center of Le Grand-Bornand, shops, restaurants, swimming pool 1.5km.
Ski: La Joyère and Le Rosay gondolas in the village 2km away, or Chinaillon ski lifts 5km away. Numerous summer and/or winter activities in the resort and Aravis: swimming pools, skating rink, via ferrata, golf, hiking (trailheads 100m away).
Lake Annecy (swimming, beaches) 26km, Annecy 32km. Thônes 13km away.

Mélanie Formidable séjour
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au Grand Bornand dans ce chalet. La vue de la salle à manger est incroyable ! Nous avons adoré prendre notre café sur le balcon face à la montagne...
Le logement est d une proprete impeccable, décoré avec goût et bien équipé, vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin !
Il est très bien placé à proximité du centre et à seulement 1 min à pied d un arrêt de bus. Nous n avions même pas besoin de la voiture pour aller skier . Nous prenions le bus gratuitement avec nos enfants et ce fut très pratique.
Enfin, la propriétaire a été hyper accueillante dès notre arrivée en nous présentant le logement et à été bienveillante pendant toute la durée de notre séjour !
Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir dans ce logement lors de notre prochain séjour au Grand Bornand.

Toto Excellent
Très bon séjour le gîte est très confortable, la vue de la terrasse est magnifique et on peut aller à pied au village en 10 minutes. Ça monte beaucoup au retour, mais il est possible de prendre la navette. Très bon accueil des propriétaires.

Gîte avec une très belle vue. Propriétaire accueillant et réactionnel.
Les équipements sont de qualités. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au calme des navettes gratuites permettent de se déplacer et d'accéder à certain cols.
