Chalet comprising 2 independent gîtes and owners' accommodation. Separate entrance for each apartment.
Gîte n° 1 (50m²) on garden level, access by outside staircase from parking lot. Maximum capacity 4 people.
Entrance hall with electric shoe dryer. Fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room (dining table, TV, rapido sofa-bed), access to the beautiful, large terrace with magnificent panoramic views of the mountains and Le Grand-Bornand.
Bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm, French window onto terrace), closed sleeping area (2 bunk beds 80x190cm, window).
Bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin, washing machine. 1 separate toilet.
Large south-facing wooden terrace with mountain and village views, garden furniture, deckchairs, plancha, parasol. Private parking next to chalet.
Wifi internet access. Central heating.
Sheets and towels available on request, end-of-stay cleaning optional.
Chalet located between the village center and Chinaillon, shuttle bus stop 150m from the gîte. Center of Le Grand-Bornand, shops, restaurants, swimming pool 1.5km.
Ski: La Joyère and Le Rosay gondolas in the village 2km away, or Chinaillon ski lifts 5km away. Numerous summer and/or winter activities in the resort and Aravis: swimming pools, skating rink, via ferrata, golf, hiking (trailheads 100m away).
Lake Annecy (swimming, beaches) 26km, Annecy 32km. Thônes 13km away.

5/5Le descriptif du gîte sur le site correspond en tout point à ce que nous avons trouvé sur place. Il est un lieu adapté aussi bien aux sports d'hiver que d'été.
Le gîte est très bien équipé et avec du matériel de qualité. La propreté est impeccable. La fonctionnalité et la décoration font de cette location, un lieu de vie chaleureux et agréable tant par beau que mauvais temps.
